Ivory & Marnier will work with you to conceptualize, develop and refine your wedding vision, including the concept, design and guest’s experience.
We aim to produce an immersive experience and stimulate all senses, and we will focus on the details that add to your guest experience. We will provide you with mock tablescapes bringing your vision to life and allowing you to visualize our ideas.
You will receive a customized proposal offering creative advice, ideas and recommendations on event elements, including suppliers, wedding shows, educational resources, floorplans, inspiration photos, mood boards, colour recommendations, motifs, rentals & décor, floral, accommodations, transportation, entertainment, creative services, guest collateral, technical production, venue, food & beverage, event trends, colour forecasting and many other event elements will inspire in your final design.
Set up & Strike
Investment starting at - $800.00
Allow Ivory & Marnier to set up and take down (strike) all your rental décor and personal items for your rehearsal, ceremony and reception. You no longer need to stress about logistics, supplier and vendor load-in/ out, same-day set-up, room flips, or late-night takedowns. We will also be your second set of eyes onsite, facilitating quality control. We want the room to look picture-perfect when the doors open, and we slip in and strike all items once the tent closes up for the evening.
Partial Planning & Wedding Day Management

Our most popular service! We start working together 12 weeks prior to your wedding. Perfect for couples who enjoy planning their wedding but want to know they have a professional to lean on for advice and recommendations during the planning phase.
Your wedding planner will offer tremendous support while coordinating with your vendors before and on your wedding day. You will receive a customized timeline and ongoing consultations leading to your special day. On your wedding day, you'll leave the details to us so that all you have to worry about is dancing the night away.
Full Planning & Wedding Day Management

Full-service planning and logistic management will allow you to enjoy the planning stages of your wedding. We allow you to regain your most valuable resource as a busy couple - TIME! Forget spending the 250+ hours planning your event alone – leave that to us!
This planning experience reduces stress and keeps you on track.
Ivory & Marnier works with you and your schedule; we will facilitate dynamic onboarding, ongoing support, and one-on-one consultations leading up to your event. .
We will be involved in every detail and decision leading up to the big day to lessen the burden for you. We provide custom timelines, websites, budgets, SWOT analyses, action plans, and checklists specific to your event, including detailed planning tactics and milestone schedules.
Leading up to and on your event day, we will be on hand and the "go-to" for absolutely everything!
My team and I will manage the timeline and schedule and assist with vendor management, formal programming and the general flow of events. We will ensure your day is memorable and as stress-free as possible so you can enjoy the sweet, special moments on your wedding day.
