Set up & Strike

You no longer need to stress over logistics, supplier and vendor load-in/ out, same-day set-up, room flips, or late-night takedowns. Allow Ivory & Marnier to set up and take down (strike) all your rental décor and personal items for your event. We are your second set of eyes onsite, facilitating quality control and allowing you to focus on all the important details of running your event!

This is a perfect service if you want to produce a high-impact, immersive and meaningful event! Our specialty is live social events: bar/ bat mitzvahs, milestone birthdays, brand launches, holiday events, galas, grand openings and more!
Ivory & Marnier works with you and your schedule; we will facilitate dynamic onboarding, ongoing support, and one-on-one consultations leading up to your event.
We will be involved in every detail and decision leading up to the big day to lessen the burden for you. We provide custom timelines, websites, budgets, SWOT analyses, action plans, and checklists specific to your event, including detailed planning tactics and milestone schedules.
Leading up to and on your event day, we will be on hand and the "go-to" for absolutely everything!
My team and I will manage the timeline and schedule and assist with vendor management, formal programming and the general flow of events.
